Superfood Number One: Bee Pollen

I’ve been seeing this in some health foods but haven’t really been all that interested.

Until I had a smoothie made with bee pollen and it was AMAZING.

First it’s delicious, second I felt better after I drank it. Sold.

There are a lot of claims about what it can do for you but it definitely gives you vitality.

Add one tablespoon to your smoothie and enjoy!
